England's got some good young players

I think people on this site are really underestimating them
It's all good as long as Italian players and their coach don't make our mistake, and Italians rarely do such a thing, but England NT and their manager are more prone to that way of thinking and quite often make their team a laughingstock in the process.

^^
Rahim Sterling my friends, watch out for this guy. Though I don't think he'll start, once he comes on he'll give Italy's defence a run around

Italians have undoubtedly the best defenders on the tournament and if anyone is gonna stop that guy it will be them. Chiello, Barza and Paletta will eat him alive. No worries here. :)

Perin's ceiling is a lot higher than Mirante's, it's just a lack of experience, which is important for keepers. I also think Perin is still a bit flappy.

Watch Buffon be fit either way.

Italy need to finish top. With Spain most probably coming 2nd in their group, the quarters would be them or brazil vs 2nd in this group(or 1st in group c)while the winners would most probably play holland in qf.Cant really see any of group c or a team(except bra ofc making it.).If italy win the group,i'd rate them higher than holland and after that it's anybody's game really.

Italy's possible lineup: Buffon; Darmian, Barzagli, Paletta, Chiellini; De Rossi; Verratti, Pirlo, Marchisio; Candreva; Balotelli (via GdS)

Should Buffon not be able to play, Sirigu would start in goal for Italy.
