If its 3 changes by Donadoni, its definately DDR, Delps and Giorgio. If its 4, then maybe it'll be Perrotta for Ambro. For some reason, I have strong faith in Italy when they play in a must win situation

Like ive said before,Italy will own Romania in the first half.I remember in Euro 2004,after a poor showing against the Danes,Italy produced one of the best football in the tournament against Sweden in the first half.That really was a joy to watch.But in the second half Sweden came back well.I expect something like this again.However,if Donadoni isnt a coward like Trapptoni,he wont sub his attacking players for defensive ones when the team goes 1-0 up.Sure you can do that with a 2-0 lead or something,but a 1-0 lead is too fragile,and with Italy's defensive situation..its not a prominent lead at all.With Nesta and Cannavaro in there,you could shut down teams after going a goal up,but this is something the current squad is incapable of.I hope Donadoni doesnt go defensive when Italy take the lead.That could be suicidal.

Cassano Stays On The Bench
According to reports in Italy, Antonio Cassano will only start from the bench in the Azzurri’s do-or-die game against Romania tonight.
Italy go into the game in Zurich knowing that they simply have to win or else they face elimination from Euros group stages for the second championships in succession.
Coach Roberto Donadoni will ring wholesale changes for the game. Juventus pair Alessandro Del Piero and Giorgio Chiellini have already been confirmed as definite starters, while Fabio Grosso and Daniele De Rossi are also almost certain to play.
Donadoni may decide to make a fifth change, possibly bringing in Simone Perrotta in midfield, but according to reports in Italy, one player who will not be starting is Antonio Cassano.
The 25-year-old was excellent after coming on for the last 15 minutes against Holland, providing a brilliant pass to put Luca Toni through on goal.
There have been strong calls for Donadoni to play Cassano, but it seems the coach will in large stick with his 4-3-3 formation, with Del Piero and his Juve colleague Mauro Camoranesi supporting Toni up-front.
Donadoni will be hoping that he doesn’t live to regret not starting Cassano, who is widely regarded as the most creative player in the Italy squad.
