Why hate Gattusso more than Pirlo, I don't understand.

Pirlo is actually very cool and calm guy who shows no emotions, no matter win or lose (except for that WC penalty shoot-out). It's harder to love him but it's also harder to hate him.
Gattuso is the exact oposite. If he's a member of your team i guess he's gonna be the one you'll love the most. But as a rival team fan you have no other choice but to hate the provokative prick
Some episodes from his career, like rubbing it in Poulsens face after Milan eliminated Schalke, that "Non lo vinco da 42 anni" banner when instead of celebrating Milan's win he decided to provoke Inter fans don't really show high class. His bad tackles from the past when he was going for the leg instead for the ball also gave him a bad name.
He's easier to love but much easier to hate, compared to Pirlo.
