Wednesday is gone.
Wednesday has indeed been and gone. No Almiron unveiled as expected. Very disappointing.

The question is... what could be the reason behind the flip-flopping behind the scenes activity?

There is no doubt that the resignation of Marco Tardelli will in someway be connected with the issue. Italian members of this discussion forum who take todays Corriere Dello Sport will probably be nearer the truth as to exactly what the root cause of the problem is. In the meantime, I'm just as confused as everyone is as to why , having just been promoted back to Serie A, Juventus seems intent on imploding.

Can I make a plea to any Italians here with access to Tardelli's resignation statement to create a thread in the Team Talk section to confirm exactly what the rift is/was between him and Bettega and anyone else that is continuing to retard our rebuilding program.

always good to dream.

well bodmer signing for lyon could mean that the tiago rumour could have some substance. Management could be targetting him more than almiron.

nonetheless, it is still early and lets face it, Almiron is a good player, but he isn't exactly a "key signing".

JUVE, COBOLLI GIGLI: DOMANI ALMIRON BIANCONERO
17/6/2007 - 18:01
