The message says you have to go to the hidden emperial garden and find the princess toomp wait for the right time (noon) look in the oposite side of the toomp and you will find somewhere engraved the insructions,
or you can talk about it with that mage-girl in the great library and she will point you out after 4 days.
This is exactly where i stopped playing, this is what you have to do, i ve been to the imperial garden and i couldnt find the grave, thats why i quit the game for a long period, when you will find the exact place please post more details about the locations for me to get on with it...
Allright I've found out what to do.I've talked to the guy in the mage quarters after four days and he told me to go the gardens at imperial palace and search for a clue.
The map marker is set on a tomb , the tomb of Prince Camarill.Now at noon , light shines through the tomb and if you "use" the tomb, you'll get a map marker and you advance in the quest.

I have about 80 or 90 hours under my belt and now i am a level 23 knight.
I am at the top of the Dark Brotherhood and the Arena.
3/4 the way through the Thieves and Fighters guilds.
just beginning the Mages guild and I have complete the main Quest.
I suggest getting the Stategy Guide, I thought I was about 80% done the game, but I found out that I am only about 40% done in acrual fact.
