For all those opposing Capello, might I suggest you try to get your hands on Henk Ten Cate. He's assistant coach at Barcelona under Frank Rijkaard (but does most of the work) and has lead Vitesse Arnhem and NAC Breda to 3rd places and CL berths in the Dutch Eredivisie earlier. It won't be long until he will want to guide a top club himself and I would advice getting him cheap while you still can.

Unfortunately i don't think Juve will hire any low profile coach...and it seems the Juve management and Coach are here to stay..

No doubt though that Capello's tactical skills dont make him world-class...his player buying choices and discipline does...but even this is failing him!

Look at our rooster and tell me who can lead our team to a 3-0 victory? we have very low attacking capabilities! which is do mostly to our uncreative and monotone type players in midfield...

Nedved isn't the that creative...vieira and emerson both can't lead in this aspect and camo is one source that has now been anticipated by our opponents..

I would agree.

Personally I never thought Capello was the problem. It's Moggi.

Moggi? How so? I thought Managers made the shortlists...
You don't really think Moggi tolerates significant forms of resistance or underminement of his authority, do you?

Tom - Mourinho might work but I hate his g*ts

Here I'm not even asking to win the CL with him. All I am asking is a performance of the club that's worthy of our place in Serie A ... that's worthy of the players we field.

What has he delivered? A lack of urgency against Liverpool. A deserved bow out to lowly Werder Bremen that was only thwarted by a late-minute gift. And humiliation against Arsenal where we played like we didn't even deserve to be there.
I agree with everything, but the winning the CL part

with this roster, we should easily be in the final

I don't think that Moggi is responsible. Why he could be?In the Lippi-era we bought creative players who could lead us in great victores.Moggi bought them.So there are 2 possibilities.

1) Lippi asked for creative and attacking minded players and Moggi bought them. Now Capello doesn't want that and Moggi does what the manager wants.

2)Under Lippi we bought creative players.Let's say that Lippi did not ask for them and Moggi bought them because he thought that they were essentials for the team. Why the same is not happening now?

So one of these 2 can happen. And I can not see where Moggi is responsible

Moggi is stuck up in an old club and country culture which shows in how he conducts his business. I think you are underestimating the man's influence in the club; don't forget that coaches pass while Moggi has been there for a long time. Do you really think managers have a big influence in the purchasing routines of the old-men-holding-hands club that is Juventus?

Moggi is outdated, and Juventus are suffering the consequences.

How can you question Moggi, he has created the most succesful Italian team on a small budget!? I agree that he is corupt and old fashioned but he sure as hell is a srued businessman and can strike one hell of a deal.

Capello's preffered formation is always going to be 2 defence minded mids and a 4-4-2.

How can you blame Moggi for not signing attacking mids when it is clear Capello would not play them?Remember Dejan Savicevic (one of the best players in his time at AC Milan and Capello would not play him as he was an Att Mid)

Dude, that is one hell of a cat!

Can I borrow it and put on my desk? So that the cat answers my boss whenever he asks me something?

Small budget? Juventus spend the single largest amount on salaries of all Italian clubs and are anything but poor. Small budget? You have got to be joking.

I can blame Moggi, and it's quite easy actually. Because the trend he's causing keeps reoccuring no matter which coach Juve sign. How can you possibly miss the patterns?

And who do you think decides which trainer the club gets in the first place? Do you think it was Capello who signed himself into Juventus? Didn't think so.

Small budget? i don't think so, our budget is not the largest around, but maybe we don't have the financial power to spend crazily like Real madrid or chelsea. Still, we spent a lot of money on Vieira's deal, he is not the young Vieira anymore. but with half of that amount, clubs are getting huge talents like kaka, Diego , Giuly (bad spelling?) and others. leave these alone, how much did Barca pay to get Ronaldinho? or how much Real madrid payed for Robinho? why don't we buy players like Mancini? montolivo?? are we that weak, do they cost more than Vieira and Emerson?
