Don Hutcheson is usually one of the better pundits. For a British pundit he typically seems clued up and respectful of other leagues, particularly Serie A, which is rare.

I can see the point he is trying to make. In my experience Bayern and the Bundesliga isn't that attractive in the UK. I'm sure if Harry Kane was thinking I've spent 10 years at Spurs and finally pushing myself to make a move, is Bayern the club he would have been hoping for? I don't think it would be. He's waited this long, maybe he should hold off another year and he will be able to choose from more clubs, most likely including big EPL sides.

But he's made the point poorly and seems to be doubling down on Man City going for him which seems very unlikely given they have Haaland.
I wish he would go to Real over Bayern.

I like the guy tbf and think he will do good at Bayern, he is similar to Lewandowski, meaning he won't lead the whole team, but will do good in already Great team. Don't think there is any better option on the market, some say David, but he really is few level below and Vlaho, well llet me tell u something, i would take 80m for him and run if there is an offers. Watching him game by game was really painful.

Ofc it is, he is talking a shot at CL plus guaranteed league trophy, its Bayern or Real for him only.
Because the English thinks everything football related evolves around them, hence the disrespect to other leagues so often.

And why wouldn't Bayern be the club he was hoping for? Not saying Bayern was his favorite back then, but he can join a club where he's pretty much guaranteed to win at least a few national trophies and has a good chance for European glory as well.

Now that City got Haaland there's no reason for them to look at Kane any longer, Liverpool got Darwin Nunez and Arsenal? Lol. Chelsea? Lol. Don't know about United as well.

Only reason for him to stay in England at this point would be to beat Alan Shearer as the most scoring PL player.
I don't think Bayern are even close to the same bracket as Real for British players. He would get a guaranteed trophy but I just don't think the Bundesliga will be that appealing to him. It isn't that prestigious here. I'm basing this purely on the attitude of people I have discussed football with in the UK.

I just get the feeling if he could get an offer from a EPL side, most likely Man Utd it would be his preferred option (excluding Real obviously). But if Spurs agree a fee I could still see him going to Bayern.

I wish he would go to Real over Bayern.
I think he'd be a great signing for you for a few seasons if the price isn't crazy.

I actually wanted Vlahovic to start with, but seeing how Juve fans explained he can't do shit with his back to the goal or with the ball at his feet made me kinda worried. Bayern needs a physical striker, we've been playing with a tall/strong number 9 for many years.

Seems we're dead set on Kane, if we end up empty handed we have a big problem.

I often noticed the English have some kinda inferiority complex with Bayern. What is that exactly? Not talking about you, just what I noticed from countless of English people talking about Bayern.

I kind of agree with Don Hutchison tbh. English see Bundesliga as a one team league, personally I'd have expected he would only go abroad to one of the Spanish two, more likely he'd go to Manchester.

I think Kane himself just cares about goals and has to win trophies at this stage of his career. He's absolutely nailed on to score goals for Bayern, he's nailed on to win trophies, and he has at least a fair shot at the CL every season. I don't think it's his most ambitious move but credit to him if he does try a foreign league when he could easily stay in the PL and gone for Shearer's goals record (which is what I always suspected he would do).

If Man Utd had more money I'm certain he'd go there, but the timing isn't right.

Bad idea if he wants to win something other than the Carling Cup. United are probably improving, but don't see them winning the PL in the near future. The FA Cup maybe, but that's it.

I don't think thats the case since Spurs hands are tied this year, they won't want to loose him for free. Regarding Vlaho im really not sure how big of an impact can a bad coach have on a player, but this guy completely lost it. His first touch is basically his last touch. I'm usually pretty patent when it comes to Young players, but this guy looks like a lost case

Coaching has a lot to do with it, but the player can't be without blame as well. Reason I wanted Vlahovic is because of his young age, he could be a Lewandowski 2.0 for us during the rest of this decade and more. I really thought we were after him, then the Kane rumors appeared and became more serious.

Since then it seems the board has set their sights at him only, Tuchel seemed to have been a big fan of Vlahovic according to the media.

There is also that injury which keeps on coming back for Vlaho. I Wonder how much of an impact it has on him, because tbf before it hecwas doing pretty well for us at the start. But that injury seems to be not curing at all.

But at the same time Milik manager to be a pretty good player when he hit the form. Damn even Kean was looking good undsrvAllegri at the end of the season.

Yea, we always play a couple early season games against either amateur or semi-pro teams away. We always give all proceeds to charity or the other team. It's a wholesome "give back to the locals/people" campaign. I think it's a tradition that started with the club Bayern joined with before WW2. It's the same club where we get our black jersey colors from.

Like, literally, your dad, the Audi Plant technician, got to play against Leroy Sane sort of stuff.
