After Moratti takes over in 1995 it's just insanity. How the fuck can you spend twice as much as everyone else and never win the scudetto?
I feel that Chelsea would be getting Giminez or Oblak this summer because Atleti are due to buy Morata and they would avoid paying in cash. A Kepa+cash (cash netting against Morata's transfer fee) for Oblak would make them a really strong team especially if they also manage to upgrade on Jorginho and/or a centre-back.
