1st incredible: How much money Madrid gets for their back up players.... 35m for a flop and 80m for a player who barely plays. Imagine if we get 35m for Isla and 80m for Matri... lol
2nd incredible: We need around 1 month to seal a deal for Bernardeschi (still not done) and Inter go in for Schick and sign the guy in 2 days... wtf..

You guys have a different financial situation in a different league. Marota and Danilo are good players in their own right, but only back ups for the best team in the world. Isla and Matri were mediocre for a team that wasn't a big power at the time. Can't really compare the two.
They often buy players at the right age, and usually for high fees to begin with. With Madrid it's a case of constantly rotating the peripheral players, a constant cycle of buying young-prime age quality and then selling on the ones who get grumpy.
I suppose being the most prestigious club has great benefit when dealing with players. Less grumbling at not playing much because everything else seems like a step down, so they're all happy to sit on the edge of the team for large parts of the team for 2-3 seasons, then rinse and repeat.
Over the past 10 years they only have Icardi as their product while they have managed to ruin like 15 of them. IMO they are literally the worst team in Europe when it comes to developing young players.
