You say "Kane is a great player", yes, so is Belotti. Nothing about him is extremely limited, he gets involved in everything in Torino. He does all that a CF should.

If you want to see a limited player going for 70m+ look at Lukaku.

Dybala had half a season of good football and we spent 32m and it seemed like a great deal. Then the prices keep increasing. Virgil van Dijk is about to go for like 60m, that's a CB with 1 good season. Same for John Stones who is a huge flop while being the most expensive CB ever. These are the prices now.

Schick started something like 10 games and we are about to drop 25m on him, and we are only getting him for 25m because he has a release clause, otherwise it'd be more.

Again, Schick looks like a way more talented player and I don't why you use him for your argument. He wasn't playing in Sampdoria in the first half of the season, at least not much. He's more talented, showed that in the second half of the season and he costs 25mln. Not only that but he's 2 years younger. So again, yeah, there's nothing to justify Belotti's price to be 3 times higher than Schick's.

Kane? what is this about a stronger league? Kane is shining in a time where Leicester wins the league by 10 points and a lackluster Chelsea run away with it after finishing midtable the year before. Its pointless to put the performances of someone at Tottenham above someone at Torino considering that they both just shine domestically. Kane only has one goal form open play (meaning no penalties) in CL and that was against CSKA.

What Belotti has been doing is not ordinary, and so his price follows. Its not an accident that United, Milan and apparently Atletico had big bids for him. He can be a top top CF, he has everything needed to succeed. Not an unknown quality anymore.

For me no player is worth 100m except maybe Messi. But this is just how the market is, his qualities are too hard to find.

He was not playing for Roma or Napoli that scored 90+ goals overall, he played for Torino. His team finished below every other team that also had candidates for Capocannoniere, closest player from weaker clubs to score big amounts was Borriello with 16 in Cagliari and Falcinelli with 13 at Sassuolo.

Chelsea striker Diego Costa says he has been told by manager Antonio Conte that he is no longer in the club's plans.

It has nothing to do with me favoring SS over a CF. I'm implying how classic CF that was always born in Italy is simply out of date for modern football.

So, Schick hasn't proved anything while playing 1600 minutes, but Belotti, who played 3000 minutes and score more did prove he's worth over 50mln euros? You probably even aim at 70-100mln which makes even less sense.

Are you seriously pulling a Leicester card? They had a great season, look at how many points they gathered throughout the season. It was a season just like any other. I actually can't believe you'd give same amout of credit to Tottenham's Kane who already scored over 70 goals for them in many seasons. WTF? Man, he scored over 80 goals for them, in EPL. That's three times the amount of Belotti at the moment while he's the same age. He also played more for senior NT, whether you like it or, he also scored there. And yeah, Kane has one goal from open play in CL, but that also means Belotti has never seen a C out of Champions League. There is actually a reason his price is high at the moment. I'd easily pick Kane over Belotti if I had to pick one and it wouldn't even be a tough choice.

Where do you guys think Costa (Chelsea Costa) will go? Reports out there that Conte has showed him the door, didnt like the China situation. But now it seems Costa isnt even going to China, but Chelsea are going to buy a new striker. EPL media also says Costa will be gone. But he doesnt seem to be linked with anyone. If Atletico has transfer ban he cant go there. He isnt going to go to another epl side it seems.

Kane hasnt done anything outside epl. He was terrible at the euros. You would think a player who is top scorer or near it top 3 can lead his team in the euros? Instead of getting beaten by a team which country has 300 000 people. Also Tottenham cant advance from their CL group which didnt exactly have any of the major powers but on paper same level teams like Monaco and Leverkusen. Then goes and loses to Gent in europe league. Surely Tottenham as a team is better than friggin Gent.

I brought up Kane and Belotti on the same page because like I said, they both do it domestically. Kane played CL and the euros and didn't really do anything so its hardly a point in his favor.

Kane has 3 goals in 9 official games for England. Belotti has... 3 goals in 4 games.

About the leagues, of course Serie A has been worse than it is right now. It was significantly worse at the start of the 2010's. From Milan's scudetto to our second scudetto the league was at its lowest. EPL is at these depths right now.

Its hilarious how hard Juve would stomp the PL. Napoli and Roma would win as well. The last two seasons have been ridiculous over there. A bunch of strong teams fighting? which ones? 1 year you have Leicester winning the league by like 9/10 points, followed by an absolute crap Arsenal and a Tottenham that can't make noise in EL or CL. The next season you have an average Chelsea coasting the whole season, the same Tottenham in second place, and an extremely inconsistent City that shipped like 7(?) goals to Monaco.

Whatever goals or performances players like Kane or Lukaku give, are not worth anymore than doing it for a poor team like Torino in Serie A. Belotti didn't have a good supporting cast like Kane did.
