Don't know much about Yedlin, but I'd say Roma are trying to win favour with the fans in the USA big time right now. First Bradley, then the US tour and now this potential signing. Makes perfect sense seeing how much the game is growing over their right now.

I'm not opposed to Roma strengthening either, will make for a more exciting season and at least they shouldn't be an embarrassment in the Champions league as was the case with most Italian teams in recent times
