Ricardo Rodriguez, David Alaba. And no, based on entire season. Once again, if EPL is the only thing that you watch, then it will be very difficult to discuss with you.
I watch many other league's, many may have better potential, but I dont see many delivering the consistant level Baines does.

Ok, that pretty much settles it. :sergio:
You forget to type I HATE ENGLAND, in your post mate.

Very bitter.

And being an Everton fan.
He is our only player that could play for a CL team.

It is, and I base mine on numbers, stats and games
.
Ok, let the stats talk.

Baines Rodriguez

Age: 29 21
Games: 32 34
Goals: 5 5
Assists: 5 9
Yellow cards: 6 2
At World Cup: Shit Brilliant

These are your beloved stats and facts.

And I don't hate England, I just tend to think EPL is overrated and you are just proving my point.

Da faq, this still going on  Baines plays for a mediocre English side ffs, what exactly would make him the best performing LB in Europe is beyond me.

Good numbers, not suprised. I like Rodriguez, now can you show me for the last 5 years please ?

So, tell me why Baines is getting laughed at, when you have just proved he has good numbers. You tell me its not due to his nationality???

What about Mirallas?
Ahhh, the none English player. Good call.

Well, considering he was out-performed by our left back, I would say No.

They could both be CL players. We were 3 games from the CL anyway, so dont know why I even said CL.

What 5 years? Are you fucking retarded? I don't know how he played when he was fucking 16 years old kid. He's 21 years old and wanted by Real, Chelsea and pretty much anyone who has money. Show me how your hero was doing at this level when he was 21.

And you tell me it's not due to his nationality that he is pretty known to everyone, even though he plays for Everton? Half full, half empty.

I wouldn't call Everton mediocre, they're a great team and would be deservedly playing CL if their competitors weren't so stiff/rich.

I've never said that EPL is shit and Everton is small club. And I've never said that Baines is a joke of a player. He's great, but not as good as you EPL fans imagine. And no, Rodriguez played better than Baines, I think the stats are clearly indicating that.

Baines is very good but he's certainly not the best LB in Europe.
You are probably right, but he is not far off.

I think he should have take that move to Bayern, you dont turn down chances like that.

Well he only beat him for Assists, and this was Bains worst of the last 5 season, due to injury.

We will have to agree to disagree.

He's probably happy at Everton. Not all players want necessarily to play for the top clubs.

2011/2012 doesn't look very glorious either, 4 goals, 2 assists. Also, didn't play a minute in Euro 2012. I know Ashley Cole was good back then, but come on, best performing left back in the strongest league in the world for the past 5 years surely deserves to at least touch the ball against the mighty Ukraine.

That says more about the England set up, than anything else.
