Actually I think that's very possible, but when JUVE comes knocking on the door any Italian club will instantly double the price of their players.

That's why I hope we just ignore Italian clubs all together.
this bid is too low, really. When there are players who ''deserve'' over 20m with no reason, one of the best Serie A players and international can't valued as 15m.
But i agree with you with that, it would be good to have transfer relationship with some clubs, like Milan-Genoa.

moving from anderlecht to west ham doesn't sound like much of a step up to me
Indeed, not sportive, but financially and, of course, for the visibility towards big clubs, it is.
And it was him big dream to play in the EPL so now he does it.

Something like this I imagine:

-----------------Courtois
Azpilicueta - Cahill - Terry - New LB
-----Ramires - Fabregas - Matic
------ Willian - Costa - Hazard

They could also go with the 4-2-3-1 from the above post, but Mou seemed to want to switch to 4-3-3 even when he lacked the CMs to do it, so I'm guessing that's what he's aiming for.

that would be my best guess too, only with Matic and Fabregas swapping positions. Fabregas would bring some much needed position versatility, so they could switch from 4-3-3 to 4-2-3-1 and vv in game time.
