Meaning that if Arsenal wanted him, they would have to bid close to their agreed fixed price instead of way lower in the scenario described in that article.

Lazio will put up an interesting team next season.

They have the best youth crop in Italy. Guys like Tounkara, Minala and Luca Crecco (left winger) are ready to go up and contribute right away, just like Keita, who is an amazing talent.

There defense was shit and they made the stupid mistake of signing bum Felipe Anderson for 7M last season. Really hard to understand. He was a bum in Brazil already.

With Keita, Crecco, Minala, Tounkara, meshed with guys like Klose, Candreva, Lulic, Parolo, Biglia, Ledesma, Astori, they'll have a pretty cool team.

Regarding Primavera, Fiorentina has probably the greatest prospect of Italy right now (I don't know what to think of Mastour just yet).

Congolese Luzayadio Bangu is a 16yr old (alledgedly) CM who simply destroyed in national primavera. The best performer of the season.

Also ivory coast CF Yann Gondo is a huge prospect for them.

Juve has nothing nowhere near that talent. We have some pretty talented 17 yr old kids however, like Romagna, Vitale, Pellini and Clemenza. But the actual Primavera team is pretty trash as a whole, even though there's some interesting talent in there, like Tasos Donis, Gerbaudo, Marzouk, Barlocco, Sakor.
