I think he'll have the best numbers in Juve for the second season running :agree:
Thank god we didn't get Berbatov btw. He would have atleast 10 games per season where he would play like shit. In those 10 games he'd be almost as bad as that danish arsenal striker, what's his name again?

What a load of bollocks.

Why do they get special dispensation to work late?

If they don't get it done by 1am will they be allowed to go to 2am?

They should have all the same deadlines in the European countries to be fair to everybody.
:agree:

Don't think it's practical for the window to close before the season starts - as various EPL managers have said they would like it to - but having them all close at the same time, when they already close on the same day, shouldn't be too tough to organise.

I'll make another bet with you, Fred. I don't see Arsenal doing better than Tottenham this year. The impact Van Persie had last year was insane. Cazorla won't even come close to having a similar season in terms of leading the team.
Its a huge risk, and the only way we'll finish above them, is if we're a bit luckier with injuries.

I think they might take some time to get used to AVB's coaching style though.

I also think that Wenger, when he realizes what a big mistake he's made, he'll buy in January. So I think we will finish above them.

That being said. I told you on PM, i don't make second bets with people i beat, revenge is a dangerous thing, and i wouldn't like to give you the chance to have it.

So no :D

i would be surpsided if arsenal aren't relegation battlers this season.

most of their players would not be first team players for any of the top 7 clubs (chelsea, city, manu, pool, spurs, everton, castle)
Our squad is pretty average, but we definitely have better teams than Everton and Newcastle imo.

Manchester City have the most balanced squad, and depth as well. Unless other teams reinforce in January (mainly United and Chelsea), or City capitulate, they should win the title rather comfortably.

My Predictions:

1) City
2) Chelsea
3) United
4) Swansea (Kidding :D) I think after Spurs transfer activity (flurry rather) in the last day of the Mercato, they are the clear favorites for that 4'th CL spot

IMO it will be go to the wire between City and United. Chelsea can still bounce back, but i'm guessing it wouldn't be in time to actually mount a serious challenge.

This is how i predict the top 6 to look like.

1. Man City
2. Man United
3. Chelsea
4. Arsenal
5. Tottenham
6. Liverpool
7. Everton
8. Newcastle
9. Sunderland

We have a much worse squad than Tottenham, but it was the case last year as well. I still think that we can finish above them despite the differences in individual quality.
