We should have joined the race for de Bruyne because I think a deal with Chelsea is already in place now (just a personal opinion).
Vossen indeed is decent, he has an incredible work rate and can score from outside the box also, he isn't the most technically gifted player, but his spirit, his fitness and his work rate, make up for his weaknesses.
Porto will get theirself a good signing with him, indeed.

The value is dictated by how well the player does, though. The figure Secco bought him for was somewhat over his value but if you want to clinch a deal quickly then you pay the maximum fee. The figure Marotta sold him for was about his typical value, for an average season. If he has a great season at Atletico then figures of €15m-€18m will be mentioned for him again. If he can do it, that is.
