 some of you...

of course he's emotional, he's leaving a place after many years and fans love him. They probably took him by surprise, they were sad and emotions took him down.

Had it been a Juve player you'd all cry your ass off watching that video. Get real.

you would think if hernanes was feeling so bad about leaving lazio he would reject the move
I don't agree. The guy might love Lazio, but feels and rightfully so that he needs to move to a higher level club with more ambition to further his career. He knows he has to do it for the betterment of his career, but does so with a heavy heart.

can you honestly say that inter are a step up from lazio? i'd be willing to bet that lazio finishes above inter this season

Of course they won't because unlike last season Lazio is much worse. If they lose Hernanes they are pretty much doomed.

Nothing, its just that we know much more these days with twitter and all. We can follow a negotiation from beginning to end but a few years back we found out about signings when they were more of a done deal.
Good point.

Yes I can, and with the utmost confidence. They might be doing poorly in the past few seasons, but the fact remains is that a club with the stature of Inter ultimately wants to return to their previous status as one of the best teams in Italy. Its like Juve in the pre Conte 2 seasons, players still preferred to join Juve than Napoli for example, despite Napoli being in better form and scoring better league positions in those years, Juve was always going to aim to become one of the top teams in Italy and Europe eventually and was never going to settle for the kind of position they were in.

The same can be said of Lazio and Inter now. As a player I'd always choose to join Inter for the same reasons mentioned above.
