They really want to be the new Porto, but going about it backwards, while Porto got players cheap, Monaco are buying 4 former Porto teammates for 190m combined. Reuniting the attacking trio, besides Moutinho.

Hulk to Monaco for.......60m.

Ridicolous, most overrated player of all time, not only has 1 but 2 60m transfers, I dont understand it unless its money laundering...
All strength no brain. WTF is happening today on the market when players like him are valued that much?

I don't understand Monaco. Do they not even negotiate for a single minute? They just show up with 60M and put it on the table or something?

Surely you could do better than 60M? Even 55M would be an improvement, let alone his real value which is like 18M.

There must be some next level criminal activity going on with these transfers.

So in the space of a year Man City have went from Aguero, Tevez, Balotelli and Dzeko to Aguero, Dzeko, Negredo and probably Jovetic. Undoubtedly their forward line has become weaker.

If we were to draw them in the CL group stage this season I wouldn't fear them one bit.

You need not cos they will be in the same pot as us.

PSG look quite scary though.
