Dream, and keep it to yourself. If you tell people about your wet dreams, then get ready to be ridiculed!

But what poetic justice would it be, if Barca became in a position where their best players could be snapped off them!

De Laurentis is in tricky situation.
His three stars hold a very high price tag at the moment, which will likely not be the case next summer. He's getting CL money anyway, with or without them, so he might as well sell now when he can get more money.
On the other side, by keeping them and playing CL with them, his team might make the knock-outs and they might shine at the big stage. In that case he gets both CL money, success AND his three stars will cost at least the same, if not more.
If they fail in CL their prices might drastically fall though.

He does have some thinking to do and decide how to act this summer.

If they shine in the CL and make the knock out stage, they will cost significantly more. They'll get a lot more exposure, and generally good games against the big teams in the CL are what people remember. He should keep his stars for the CL season imo.

I don't think they'd get that much for Lavezzi and I don't know who'd be willing to take the risk on Cavani, who seems to be way overvalued. They're better of keeping Lavezzi and won't get what they want for Cavani, imo. Hamsik would be the one to cash in on.

They could always play Lavezzi-Trezegeut-Cavani
