Nocerino was good now?

God I love revisionists.

IF Marotta had signed him this window, this forum would be up in arms (rightly so)
That's because some of the people here doesn't watch football, only Juve games (and some don't even do that). Nocerino in Palermo has been very solid midfielder, for his energy alone I'd have him over Marchisio or Pazienza.

They go all British, with Adams and Henderson.

Henderson is quality but getting rid of Meireles is stupid imo.
Yes it was, Meireles is easier the better player. I had this debate with a Liverpool friend of mine before the season started, i argued that despite Dalglish's signings, he'll still find a place in the starting lineup for Raul, i was surprised to see that he was warming the bench in the first three games. He was probably Liverpool's best player last season.

Exactly. Can't pretend i've watched enough of him at Palermo but i've seen enough of him at Juve before, unless he's improved substantially, he really isn't all that.

Why was Pjanic sold for so little? I've not seen him so I can't say but Lyon paid more than that for him no?

They wanted 15 million for Bastos off us.

Mexes and potentially El Sharaawy are the only impressive Milan moves, for me. Although others can have an impact as they already have a strong and settled team.

Lyon need the money, I don't suppose that has changed since they advertised Bastos to us. Plus his numbers last season weren't all that good. I don't doubt he has talent but he went from:

2009-10: 53 games, 11 goals, 10 assists
to
2010-11: 39 games, 4 goals, 2 assists

He's not as important or productive, plus they now have Gourcuff, the young lad Grenier, Ederson, Kallstrom. They can turn players over.

Who? Pjanic? I personally rate him, the guy is a good passer, he's a technical player and is decent at set pieces. Will be a good signing for Roma imo.
