What exactly do you mean with the bold part? Before today you didn't even have a chance to be nominated because there weren't any nominations here.

And even if we nominate you, where exactly shall we nominate you? You're not a girl so you can't be girl of the year. You're not a moderator so you can't be moderator of the year. You're not funny (neither am I) so you can't be expected to be nominated for the funniest member award. You're a useful member of course, but people prefer the moderators, bookmakers and some 24/7 members for the most helpful member award.

You're among the 11 candidates I mentioned in the opening post for the best newcomer (among hundreds of new members in 2009) so you already got your acknowledgement. Now, if you're not making in top 5 that doesn't really mean that people hate you. They just find some other 3-4 newcomers as better posters, so far, than you are.

I think Fred wins the most informed member. He follows basically all the top leagues except for Germany, knowing pretty much what has been going on.

Osman, Serge and Alen have made some pretty good posts this year, all for different reasons. Even though I don't like Osman's writing style, and smiley addiction, he has made some good points and posts this year.
