Jesus, we have 21, we can do 3+3 +15 c's.
The reason we put the poll in was so it would be clear how people wanted the game. the majority (even if you ignore my vote) want to play it with 2 g teams.
Kyle stop being a little bitch about this, its not that difficult, it will make it more fun. If it doesn't work then we can reset the game and play classic. Everyone chill, roles will be sent around and game set off before France play. No voting until daytime tomorrow. No whacks or investigations until nighttime tomorrow!

Ok guys here is how the mafia families work.
Two teams of three
Team a -
Lord (leader of the team)
Spy (crooked cop)
Knight (recruiter)
Team b
Lord
Spy
Knight
The lord has to tell me before 23:30 who they want killed, if the teams lord gets killed the team has to spend a night electing a new Lord and recruiting. They cannot recruit until their Lord has been killed. In this night they cannot order a whack.
The Spy is the same as usual 3 times in the game before becoming a normal solider (gangster).
Its the only way to make it balance properly.
I will assign the lord as part of the random role placement.
This isn't complicated and if it confused you then email me for clarification.
I will give you an example.
At 23:30 on tuesday a lord is killed. The knight will then send me their choices for recruitment as per the usual rules, then that team will elect a new lord which will be told to me at/after 23:30 wed and they can whack again from 23:30 thurs.
This is based on how it was player in the XT game that osman linked us too.
