Scouting isn't hard. Case in point - this thread, and we're not pros.
Yes, it is hard. And every failed transfer points out a bad scouting that has been done at some point.

Having a philosophy like Udinese is a different matter. They just want to turn profit, they can throw half a team away and buy half in the next window.
Again, not really. Our team during Ranieri era was horrible and we had to ship away many, many flops and bad players which didn't work out because cause of that - they are bad players and nobody wants to get close to them. As for Udinese, they have gems and they are always wanted, not to mention their pretty high value too. Yeah, they can buy half of the team, but it's gonna contain a lot of quality players which is to tank scouting system and it's success. Some clubs, and majority of clubs, simply can't do that stuff even if they wanted to.

Every? Are you sure? What if the coach changes? What if the player has personal problems and can't settle? What if the tactical setup of the team changes? What if he gets injured? What if another players develops better and he can't get in the team?

Besides, it's not as if 70% of Udinese's signings aren't failures anyway. That's what they do, scattergun it, give them all a go, sell the best ones for 300% profit, do it again. As we want to actually win things we can't do that.

Exactly , they buy a lot of players and in the end 1 or 2 good ones will show up . Last year udinese had something like 120 players registered to it's name (first team and youth team players included)

Player looks good at scoring but everything else doesn't impress me. Doesn't look fast look stron but he's playing against skinny boneyard South American kids. His control looks like matrix when he's dribbling, couldn't tell his first touch from that video. All in all looks like another co own and sent out on loan

That will probably be why he's off to standard liege and now Juve
