the last thing we need is yet another CM, we have been buying CM in each and every transfer window for 6 consecutive years.
We have so many, that we have even loaned a 25mil one (Melo)
LB and CB should have been our priorities and since we cant find Italians, we should start searching for foreigners, we have wasted more than 5 years at giving chances to every crappy Italian player that managed to make an appearance with the NT, time to get over with it and a pick a black Licht for the left flank,
or a pancher to replace Brokenucci.
As for Anelka, it would be fan to hire that merc, he can still score, unlike Toni,
but he doesnt have any caps with the NT, to justify the money he will ask, and we prefer guys that prefer to dribble, than scoring...

We also use wingers occasionally, in our 1-3 midfield only the deep playmaker and the middle man necessary need to be CMs
We have Pirlo, Marchisio, Vidal, Marrone and Piazenza, wich is more than enough to cover for those 2 positions, thats why we loaned out Melo.
If we needed another CM, we sell out Sissoko and loan Melo?
For the right side Pepe is always there, keeping Krasic on the bench and the left side has 3subs, at Elia, Giacche and EstiG, instead of a starter, or at least Giovinco back and we use Marchisio mostly for the left side of the 3man upper midfield, occasionally Chiellini, and Matri or Vucinic also support the flank.
A new CM is less needed than a new LM starter, but we can postpone that for half a year, until Giovinco returns.
Conte opts for 2 CMs+winger for the upper part, because Marchisio is versatile enough to offer such options and is far better to our left side options.
So we can field all of our best midfielders in :
A new starter CM, would be a total waste of space+cash, it would cancel the loan of Melo, sell out of Sissoko and ruin the mathematical chances of Marrone to touch the ball (even Pazienza barely touches it, because he is uneeded)
It makes no sense. We have so many wingers for a reason, we want the lateral parts of the upper midfield column to be played by swift players that can offer upfront, a non Marchisio/Vidal player, like Pirlo/Pazienza, cannot fill that role, it is meant for the Pepes and Krasic, but unfortunately Marotta couldnt do any better than Elia, Giacche and EstiG, so we prefer to field Pepe and one of our fast CMs (Marchisio, Vidal)
PS God forbid we buy Montolivo. one of the crappiest and most overrated players ever that was linked with us ever!
Selling off the 25mil Melo, 10x the player Montolivo will ever be, to replace him with Pazienza and Montolivo, dear God please, let us not to suffer this as well, we have suffered enough, for the Ital-Juve project...
