you think that i'm blind because it's Juve, but i'm not... i can see being impartial... it's hard to know truly if it's penalty or not but IMO it's penalty...

I'd say it was 50-50. Of course I'd want the call as a Juve fan. But when the ball plays the arm, rather than the other way around, a ref should use discretion.

actually its depending on which league the game is played, in Russian Premier League no one would`ve called that a penalty, but in Italy they do. Against Real Madrid in Champs League Legro had one similar situation too, were he played with hand a little in the box, but the ref (cant remember his nationality), who were standing few meters away, didnt whistle, cause for him it seemed unintentional. One rule different opinions about it
