i thought rav was trolling with this picture, but it looks like savona really made it to the team of the season by livescore  fucking hell, even his own family would have left him out

Savona's agent lobbying stronger then jew/gay/rich/green lobby in USA in the past 3 decades.

He was solid as a RCB, had some moments as a wingback, but probably not his position. His breakout with next gen also came as a RCB. He would fit Conte.

Considering we could literallly fuck off 20 players in this squad which obviously wont happen..i think we keep him and figure out what role best suits.

Conte aint joining. Im hoping whoever coaches next season plays 4 at the back.

Igor Tudor highlighted Nicolo Savona prematch :

“Savona in the position I’ve been deploying him is doing well. He needs to put a few kilos on and get some strength to deal with certain situations. We’re working on it but there’s been positive things”

“Above all he applies himself, he’s professional and has a great football IQ. He understands what is happening on the pitch and has great speed. He has so many skills but remains a humble guy who listens. These seem obvious but not everyone has them”

I don’t dislike him but maybe this injury is a blessing of disguise, we can’t afford having him starting as CB in majority of our games next season, his current level is as 6th choice backup in a 3 CB’s backline, and so far it was looking like we are planing to use him more as a 4th choice instead… perhaps this will prompt us to get another two starting level CB’s instead of just one, even more so after seeing Kalulu’s skills as of late.
