Atletico can have him for 25M, and we should throw in a thank you gift basket too. He doesn’t fit anywhere in this team, so hopefully he’s gone in the coming weeks.

I think we will settle for 25m for this guy.
Slightly minusvalenza but it's better than keep him and record big amortization cost for nothing. We should find the replacement soon.

Sorry, but this guy is bang average.

At 27 years old we shouldn't be further investing in his development. A bench player at best.

Sell immediately. I would rather call up a Next-Gen player.
Come on, We shouldn't undermine our players when he didnt meet our expectation. Yes, his first season is not as expected but he still a quality player that can contribute to other teams or with us. I would rather to have him to rotate with Chico as left footed RW and occassionaly as RWB when we want to attack.

Yes, he has some injury mostly muscle and as a club we could try to reduce it with science. But he never have long injury apart from his time in Stuttgart 2020 / 2021

Just to give you a bit perspective in his last 6 season not including performance for NT :
Juve 24/25 : 38 Apps 5 G + 4 A
Fio 23/24 : 44 Apps 16 G + 5 A
Fio 22/23 : 42 Apps 14 G + 5 A
Fio 21/22 : 39 Apps 8 G + 9 A
Stuttgart 20/21 : 17 Apps 6 G + 2 A
Stuttgart 19/20 : 29 Apps 15 G + 4 A

Last 4 season in Italy he played more than 35 matches per season. Call him injury prone is excessive.
His contribution for G + A compare to apps since Stuttgart times is more than 40% appearance. Yes, he is not below par for us. And there is a reason he want to move if we play him as RWB or LWB becuase it's not play to his best going into the box.
Based on his Bundesliga form, he could get high transfer fee like Ekitike, Sesko, Wirtz, Marmoush nowadays.

And to compare him to Sacho, we expect Sancho to replicate his 19/20 and 20/21 form with Dortmund and willing to pay for £20m. It was like around the same time Nico in Stuttgart. Sancho also have high salary issue.
While Nico should be easier to be sold with his wage.

So we should be relax, If he stay we are OK
but if he will be sold it should based on our valuation

I pray juve stop signing players like this. Juve shouldnt invest anything over 30M in any player unless theyre some star thats worth way more, because its these 30-40M nico types that kill us. We’d be so lucky if Atletico actually buy him because I fear hes gonna be another guy we end up stuck with.

We need to hire some professional analysts to evaluate players before signing them. What was the price tag of 70 million for Vlahovic?! I feel like the transfer system has gone downhill since Marotta departure. The way players are signed and sold on loan and the sell-on clauses are clearly in the mud. In the selling players specifically talents we have been completely devastated, like Huijsen.

I'd argue Costa, Berna, Kulusevski are among the worst. And that Bonucci swap deal is a joke of course.

Kean is a panic buy. Pjaca we overspent.

Definitely great deal: Bremer, Nedved, Chiesa, Dybala,Thuram. The rest are acceptable.

It's not all about the price tag.

Can agree with Berna, but Douglas was crazy good in his first season. And we got the same money back from Tottenham on Kulusevski

This plus everyone knew how injury prone this guy is, he was always injured half of the season. U cant buy such players when ur a big team. Its one of the biggest reasons we got rid of Dybala who is superior to him talent wise and then we sign this guy... where is the logic?

If I had to guess, it will be 2.5m loan +20m obligation to buy + bonuses.

His amortization is 6.25m a year (4 year contract), meaning a small 1m gain once the obligation is triggered. Similar to the Luiz situation. In that case the economic impact would be +3m in FY26 and +14m in FY27. In FY26 it would be +6.7m on gross wages saved + 2.5m for the fee minus the 6.25m in amortization (4 year contract) before the obligation is triggered.

Gazzetta said Atleti offer is €15m.
We should refuse it without any hesitation.
Okafor sold for €21m to Leeds (promoted team).
If the offer below €30m, i hope Nico stays for us this season
