He’s a very good player and will probably do well for us - but we constantly overpay for every one of our targets when we shop in Italy. And this ain’t any different.
Yes, this is overpay. Fiorentina already got 2 players as replacement and he already over 26 years old. I still hope that we can lower the price around €30m with max near €35m but Giuntoli and they knew better about the situation so i hope this overpay wont affect us to get other targets or have financial issue

If all the add ons are reached, he would still cost less than Bernardeschi did, and that was 7 years ago. 30M fix was about his worth. The reported wages are also fine, below 4M.

Nico is a baller and fills a big need on that right flank.

He thinks we’re definitely signing one more winger.

I wonder if we’ve abandoned the Koop transfer? Hope so tbh
This is probable. We, also Motta and Giuntoli already saw that Yildiz is better player centrally as AM. And with the inclusion of McKennie that are versatile and ability of N. Gonzalez to play as SS or LW/RW.

We probably could handle not buy Koop and add 1 more winger to fill

I think it's cool we signed him
Him and Sancho on the other side is pretty damn exciting if it happens.

I agree.

It would suck for Koop, whose done as much as he could to push through a move, but with Atalanta playing hardball and demanding €60m+ or whatever, better we look elsewhere and leave them with a deeply unhappy player and €60m less in their coffers.
