Nico Gonzalez situation is still not resolved as Comisso continues to be an obstacle in the Argentines transfer to Juventus. Atalanta still are aiming for the player and pushing for a meeting with Fiorentina.Atalanta are also interested in Kalulu (@DiMarzio)

I think Giuntoli forgot that he is no longer working at Napoli but Juve. We fucking take what we want on our terms or move to another target. It now looks like he gets played by both Viola and Atalanta.

And right on cue: Di Marzio reporting that Gonzalez to Juventus still on hold because they are waiting on Commiso’s OK to the transfer and Atalanta are still interested.

Just end this mercato now already ffs. Reintegrate Chiesa and be done with it.
same dimarzio said yesterday that the gudmundsson deal will unlock nico to jj

they are just making the news at this point on their own

Fio and Atalanta playing with us. Fio already signed Colpani and now Gudmunson, and they even dont involve him in the squad. Why do they need to pending this so the player wouldnt get more time integrated with us and we are losing time to find other options

So basically they need just one more positive meeting to sort out the final details on the structure of the deal.

not a fan of the campaign either

but if nico comes he'd be one of the better purchases. i see no need to moan about this one, especially considering the alternatives
I have absolutely no issues with Nico, i've always thought he was Fiorentina's most potent attacker in recent seasons, but it annoys me how Giuntoli did not anticipate these Italian clubs will put up a fight and drag it out, as if the Calafiori saga didn't show red flags, let alone Koop and now Nico, honestly I'd love nothing more than these clubs to suffer financially and burnt to the ground.

that's fair enough

but again, you can't walk away from a negotiation at an advanced stage at such a late moment in the mercato and say fuck you, and ask marotta to balance your books, i'll go shopping elsewhere. if there were alternatives, you could. when the alternative is berardi or conceição and porto won't let him go on a loan, then dealing with commisso is the poison i'd pick

next summer should be planned very differently, that's not even a question

Sad thing is Giuntoli has had an entire year to plan this, I can only dread what another year will bring if he even lasts that long.
