I wondered the same damn thing when I started the program
I looked almost everywhere, but to no avail....
I found a longer foam roll in the "personal training" room at my local Bally Matrix, but the damn thing must have been sat on by some big fat bacon-eatin' fatasses, because it would no longer roll !!
At the same said gym from above, they have small, solid/ hard physioballs, the size of a 3 soccer ball. I use that, and it works great
