Oh yeah...JaeCole bugged you about that too...if I remember correctly.

ENRON: Applies for everyone however when said about Irish, Italians, Brits or the French its usually a 'joke' when made about those from Middle Eastern origin its 'offensive' and 'rascist'...

but of course.
The man has a point.

Nah man unfortunately RAI was showing the Viola - Inter ownage instead, however it was still a good match. And I have been busy preparing an anecdotal speech for tomorrow. Fucking class.

Well, the second half was good, but the first half was a copy of all the games you've seen.

What the fork is an anecdotal speech?

How else should I put it but "middle eastern origin"?? Is it not the most appropriate and political correct way of putting it?? Christ you don't get the most basic words how am I supposed to explain to you the term stereotyping individuals. Got it 'snapperhead'

By the way, Andrew Dice Clay said that once so I assumed it was ok to call you that..since we are using comedians as the almighty authority on everything right.
Oh come on Nick, there's no point to getting pissed off about "racial slurs." I mean, it's all fun and games when somebody throws around terms like, "Tea and crumpet munching pansy", so chill out when somebody makes a generalization about Italians, or Italian Americans. We're all subject to a certain degree of generalization whether we like it or not. It's only worth getting worked up about if it crosses the line into being malicious.

I agree but it does not mean we should surrender ourselves to these type of comments and not speak out against it...doing so is what makes people think its OK.

Alright thanks bro. Hopefully I will see the replay of the match in the coming days.

An anecdotal speech is a speech that tells a story on a specific topic and tries to persuade the audience to change their views on said topic. Its for this ridiculous speech class at Penn State that will be the death of me.

Alright mate, but I think that it's a bit tacky to speak out when confronted with generalizations about your own national origin. Nobody likes to be called a "nigger", "towel head", "whop", or "dumb swede"; but complaining about it is only going to focus attention on it. It's better to ignore, IMO.

Alright, I know what you mean...Our speech class called it persuasive speech. I spoke about sorting, it was pretty much interesting. The topic is easy to handle and not that difficult to persuade people on doing it.
