lol how are you going to own me in this discussion?

Why on earth are you telling me this, Nick? Sure, I might be realllllyy American however I do follow the occasional soccer match or headline or every other thing that happens in the world of football once in a while.

Of course Pancaro was very important on the left-side of defense however I'm certain the likes of Nesta and Maldini had some bearing on how he was going to perform, obviously. Pirlo and Seedorf arrived from Inter, Nick.....Inter. When was the last time someone who left that club became WORSE than before? Pirlo, Cannavaro, to some extent Ronaldo...this is status quo to be honest. Oh, well, everybody except Vieri. :howler:

First of all, this is not Nicola Amoruso we are talking about here...for several reasons. We are talking about Marcio Amoroso, the former Parma Brazilian who scored a decent amount of goals in Serie A, however decided to leave the Parmalat club to experiance the football in Germany with Dortmund. People were expecting a lot from him however he never really settled at the club and was too busy dealing with contract disputes and debacles with other players if I remember correctly. So after about three years or so he left Dortmund and that was really the last I have heard from the player.

It is important to note that seemingly wherever Amoroso travels he becomes entangled with player disputes, as if I remember correctly he never was good friends with Di Vaio at Parma. Then when he left for Dortmund I will never forget when he and Jens Lehman clashed together on the pitch in the middle of the match...Marcio wasnt trying very hard and Lehman came right up to his face thus getting sent off. Rather humorous. But to be honest who really knows how Amoroso will play...doubt he will be anything special though.
YOu think I was referring to the hack Nicola Amoruso?? Please Andy..don't insult me. Secondly, I never followed AMOROSO's career well enough to judge his impact on Milan...which will probably be somewhere between UTILITY and PLEASANT SURPRISE because I don't have high expectations. He is not an investment for the future nor a big purchase he is simply filling in some 'holes'. LIke I said between Gilardino, Kaka, Shevchenko and even Pirlo to some extent we are not lacking goals ... Pippo is also slowly redefining the term "CLUTCH" for us...Amoroso will have to find room somewhere between those lines.

I outlined the careers of Pancaro and Stam because you implied he was just as much a BUST as Vieri. However, Vieri was nothing more than getting a free ski rack when you buy a car...its there if needed...if ever .. maybe never...
For that reason I am not disappointed in his performance. Vieri did not cause us to let points slip by...that was our ageing and injury prone defense.

    Well, you deserved it. ;)

No I did not imply that Pancaro was a failure because we already had this discussion before...and any sensical calcio fan knows Stam has been a good player for both Milan and Lazio.

And I'm glad you highlighted one of your faults in the transfer market...they are there for all to see. But at least you lot are not seemingly as inept and imbecilic as those idiots in Madrid.

Same here Fabi. In high school the only subject I ever put any effort in to was Chem honors and Chem AP, however now in college I have to make sure I know pretty much everything. But I guess that is how college life should be..

Ali Baba. In case you haven't noticed the thread is entitled NICK AGAINST THE WORLD and not GAYBOY AGAINST A STRAIGHTWORLD (no pun intended).
Mentioning in passing that I am going to a concert in Canada and talking about a game I attended at San Siro hardly qualifies as bragging given the fact that many in here have done the same....a certain English member travels every other week..
Secondly, are you a total f*cking moron beyond hope....you think I was being serious commenting on restaurants like Applebees and T.G.I.Fridays as ones I attend? You think those posts were meant to be serious FFS??
You thought I was bragging about eating at those places....how low on the white trash chain are you??

Lastly, anytime you want to really have a football debate you let me know "BOY" if being patted on the back by fellow Juventini's for saying "WE RULE" is what you want go back to the games section...
I have brought my black and red sh*t here long ago which is more refreshing than any garbage you have spewed here....
bottom line: you don't like it go back to nodding with the pigeons.
