You'll actually find that most of the restraunts on the current worlds top 50 list are'nt that expensive.
After reading your post I just had to google the Top 50 and I found out that a restaurant I recently ate in (Felix, in Hong kong) is number 49. It wasnt expensive at all and they had really good food. The view of the bay though was priceless

Wow Fabi you are one spoiled Signorita. Most Venezuelans I know lived 20 in an appartment in White Plains and could re-asphalt an entire driveway for 30$ cash..they were also the warmest and kindest people I knew.

    Damn you cold hearted aristocrats.

PAUL: I am curious...what bottle set you back 340...please don't tell me a Gaja product.

So what's with Flava Flav plugging Miller Lite beer now?

    Yeah, booyyyyyy...
Kind of like Bono pleading with world leaders to eradicate third world debt and then plugging the I POD like a cheap slut giving handjobs on Sunset for a crack rock.

Jeeks, I found that book to be very interesting and fun to read, and I love the first couple chapters where he describes his bus trips around Italy. Watch out for the bomba. ;)

Paul, I am still waiting for you to rephrase the question you posed to me about tactical aspects of choosing a football club and calling it your own. I thought I had understood the question and gave a decent reply.

Nah I have not read that book yet, however I just placed it on my Christmas list and hopefully one of my relatives will spare me the trouble of finding the book. It certainly sounds like a good read.

That's basically all I ever read now in my leisure time, books and articles about football.

Vin, what happened to your jaw ??? GET WELL SOON

to make a long story short, I had my jaw cracked in a sparring session a few years back, and I didnt know it. I have had on and off headaches in my temple area, and jaw aches ever since.

About a year ago, I finally had enough. After many tests, a simple x ray showed a crack on the left side of my jaw, that didnt heal correctly. In turn, it made my jaw shift to the right, and make my molars start to move in the back, so they were not flush with the top ones anymore (I also noticed that a few years back, too)

Anyways, I've had braces for a year, to try and move things back into place as much as possible, then they had to re-break my jaw, and re-set it.

My jaw is wired shut, so I can heal correctly. It will take 4-6 weeks for everything to be back to normal.

In the meantime, I cannot eat solid food, and life sucks !!!

Thats life, what can you do ????

If you can get past the author being sort of a pig-headed buffoon, it is a very good book and one I also recommend, btw. It's an interesting portrayal of life in a small Italian hill town where the Serie C team is the biggest act under the local civic circus tent. With all the politics of local characters, bosses, etc.

Kind of like Napoli?! ;) :sigh:

I have to say though -- it was that book that probably disciplined me in the virtues of eating a more formal Italian meal, right down to the grappa (though not quite to the cigars yet). ;)

Godspeed, Vinnie. If you're looking for the bright side of anything while you're in this state, at least you'll probably reduce your risk of choking and gagging while watching some of Capello's substitution choices during matches. ;)
