More notes from the EPL today..

Apart from that dunderhead Pires totally throwing away a penalty, Arsenal still beat Man City 1-0, unfortunately.

Wigan Athletic is still on an amazing run, putting David O'Leary's Villa side in their place by a score of 2-0 in Birmingham. Wigan is tied for second place.

My boys over at Fulham gave Liverpool a thrashing 2-0 at home...God I love to see that team lose. Bocanegra. :star:

Manure United only drew 1-1 with Tottenham at Old Trafford...more points dropped by Fergie's side. Alan Smith continues to be fielded in Keane's position, and some believe he will become the latter's successor. Not sure about that..

Liverpool: 8 games played, 10 points, and a -3 goal differential.

Watching the EPL is infinitely better than watching baseball, that's for sure.

You know what's ironic? In baseball they call the championship games the "World Series," yet in actuality 99% of this world could not care less about the sport.

Oh okay

I dont understand why you bring up that irony, because I wasnt comparing baseball with the EPL, in fact I didnt even mention baseball.

But now that youve brought it up: Go Chicago White Sox!

Yes I watched that match as well, Daniel. Toni scored another hattrick and looked incredible on the night...La Viola as a whole looked good tonight.

So much for a faultering Prandelli, Greg. ;)
