Growing up, stumbling into El Gallo de Oro on 63rd St. in Chicago at 3am and ordering up a goat taco from Jesus (that's pronounced "hey-SEUSS", folks ;) ) and his amigos de la raza was a rite of passage. How can one make it through life without eating goat? :D
