Honestly, I admire the CURVA SUD'S loyalty, dedication and passion but there are serious issues to be addressed: (this goes for many curva's):
1. Mob mentality.
2. The fact that they are the police in the curva and impartially, irrationally and on the fly decide who is GUILTY.
3. There are factions that are very violent in the group...the heads don't want to address it and see them as 'la gioventu di oggi' .. however, its much more than that..there will come a time when they can't HANDLE or HOLD THEM BACK any longer.
Probably has to do with the fact that most of these guys LIVE for Sunday ...

About the doping- I've said it before, and I'll say it again.... I dont feel ANY TEAM in mostly ANY SPORT is 100% drug free !!!
soccer, American football, hockey, baseball, rugby, boxing, bodybuilding, cycling, olympic sports, etc, etc..
I personally know a few pro athletes (who shall remain anonymous), and even dealers who live in this area who used to sell "juice" to pro's who played here.
Even today, I guarantee that their are players in Serie A who are using illegal performance enhancers.....
there will always be ways to beat the tests....but then, there will be those who are caught

Yes they know I'm American and for that reason they always felt UNEASY about having me 'infiltrate' the ranks so to speak (despite being loud, loyal and at many games)...at first they were open and then found any excuse to confront me. Anyways, I could take care of myself ... they know that but they usually gang up on people...
overall they are good guys but the mentality gets the better of them as does the group affiliation.
