How the hell can someone call themselves a fan of a team yet happily rip off the club they supposedly love by buying fake shirts above the genuine article?? Do they not see the damage they do??
This is something I hate as well, Paul. I guess people do not understand that by buying fake products the club misses out on the real jersey revenue, or perhaps they just don't care enough to buy the real thing. Either way, I hate when I see people wearing fake shirts...just doesn't make sense.

Not including those outside of europe , Bearing in mind how cheap it is to travel around europe these days how can you call yourselves fans if you have never been bothered to get up and go see your club, and especially with the number of euro games away from home now days , giving most games that arent too far away ??
True that. If I lived in Europe I would have been to see at least a few Juve matches by now.

It also amazes me that some juve fans in east coast america are not going to juves matches in the states this year..... a better chance you will never have, yet for some fans its too much effort... why??
Unfortunately I was not able to attend any of the Juve matches here in the States even though I begged my parents...this is what happens when your parents have a tight leash on you and worry too much. If Juventus comes back to the States this next summer I will not have to be "okayed" by my parents first, so I'm praying for their return. I still regret not just going to one of the matches anyway two summers ago. Instead I could only attend the matches offered in DC, which was Milan-Barca.

As for watching Juve on TV, last year I was finally able to watch Juventus regulary with Dish Network and Gol TV. Before that I had to suffer watching crap internet streams and fuzzy pictures from an international channel in DC that showed a Serie A match each week to see Juve...but hey, it's better than not seeing anything.

or perhaps they just cant afford the real thing? i have 4 or 5 originals, but i wouldnt be able to buy a new jersey every season. here's when ebay steps in.

what makes you think your parents would let you. if they dont allow to go another state to watch a match, why should let you go to another country?

No, yes neccesarly. I have been around the whole East Coast of the United States with my parents before...and with all the matches being played, not just one, I would have made plans to go to at least one Juve match. It's much easier when there is a whole season there, not just one friendly match.

Dude, this was before college. Now I'm in college and have more freedom to do what I want. Once that 21st birthday comes around watch out...the only thing holding me back is time and perhaps money.

Why do you need a new jersey every year ? Surely a couple is adequate...

thats what i was talking about.
Again, I'm lucky enough to have parents that can fund these things. And once I get an internship at some company during college money might not be as serious of an issue as one would think...certainly not serious enough to see a soccer match,
