True, the next inzaghi for £18m!!, its a mess Milan’s market, can't wait to see Stam and Maldini in ‘action’ next season, wonderful times ahead :)
    1. Based on my stats Inzaghi was not a top scorer at 21 and 22 years old.
    2. Based on my recollection, Inzaghi was never on the auction block at 22 years old.
    3. Based on my recollection Italy has not seen a goalscorer so young and promising as Gilardino.
    4. Jealousy is biatch.

Can't wait to see Stam and Maldini? Tell you what..can't to see Juve once Cannavaro is injured and Zebina needs to lead the defence.
Maldini at 37 has played more games than any other defender in Serie A last season and still managed to get a consistent top ranking.

The Milan market is a mess?
4 years ago we purchased Pirlo
3 years ago we purchased Nesta
2 years ago we purchased Cafu
This year Gilardino .... well, based on your definition of a "MESS" I hope the room at San Siro continues to be cluttered. :cheesy:

A begrudging congrats, Nick. A total class act player.
Thanks Greg. By the way, did you notice the bottles of wine lined up behind Gilardino and Galliani in the picture posted by Azzuri7? Bottles and Bottles of GAJA
Looks like the taste buds at Milanello are quite high

yes what you really need is a new CB and someone to replace Seedorf who doesnt deserve to be in the starting line up, a better coach wouldnt be a bad idea also :D

how many times were nesta and stam saved by a blind refere last year nicola ?
    1. Nesta doesn't need saving. Please Donny I thought you knew your game better than that.
    2. For every blind save there was 4 supposed missed calls for Juve dating back from 1980.

Get your arguments straight. You stated that Milan paid 18 million for another Inzaghi. I should you WHY Gilardino is NOT another Inzaghi. Why are you bringing Sheva into the argument?
Del Piero sucked in every single major tournament when you consider his stature as a world class player...still does not mean he didn't produce for Juve. More over, Gila has been on the NT for less than a year and in 6 appearances had 2 goals. I wouldn't throw him out just yet :dontcare:

Have you seen Thuram without Cannavaro? Think back to the 2003 season if you need some reminding.
Maldini was average last season? He was one of the most capped players and until 3 weeks to the end was battling for the Scudetto and CL unlike any other team. His team also had not let in a goal in the CL from the Barca qualifying round up to the second PSV match...not bad for average.

Seedorf had a slump for about 4-5 games...if you are ready to throw away a player because of a few bad games then Del Piero would have been gone years ago.
Irrelevant, I was responding to how you stated the Milan Market is a mess...Pirlo, Nesta, Cafu and Gilardino...

    a mess you say?

Since it appears those bottles are empty, I was going to ask you what kind of cafone operation decorates with empty bottles, but then I realized from the reflection in the glass that the picture was taken in a restaurant. So, your cafones are off the hook :D
