@Europeans, you do realize that millions of Americans are fighting the Bush government every day, don't you. Roughly half of our population is against the war in Iraq, against the treatment of prisoners detained at Guantanamo Bay, against the suspension of our constitutional rights in the name of anti-terrorism, and very much aware of the attrocities this government is committing. So, please stop your bullshit about "you ignorant this" and "you murdering that" because it is not only a gross over-generalization, it is also incorrect. But, if you want to hold 270 Million people responsible for a government elected by about 100 Million then I can't stop you.
That's very true, Paduan. However, Bush was fairly and convincingly re-elected, and the same applies to Berlusca in Italy. I am quite ticked off myself about some of the comments I read about Italians in the international press these days. Misinformation, manicheism and prejudice abound in many a mainstream paper and leftist rag. But since the majority of us have voted for him, we deserve little better than the current treatment we are receiving from our European allies. I am naive enough to think that Italians will learn the lesson, and hope Americans will too.

PS : Italy has officially entered recession this year. But apparently it's all part of the plan.

So what do we do with these 100 million? Im thinking if a democrat gets elected next term we can fine these 100 million for stupidity. Hey, it'll solve the social security problem.

@Paul, regarding the F1 race at Indy, it seems that less than 40% in attendance were American and the most disgruntled and violent were the fans that paid hefty sums to fly into America for the race. Are you certain that Americans and only Americans were throwing debris on the track?

I'm not holding 270 million people responsible. But I can't help it that someone like Vinman is in fact responsible for those attrocities. It's beyond me that some people in America can support the Patriot Act just out of fear. Fear created by the government btw.

I dont get it either.

And Pado noone holds everyone responsible. That would be silly. But if you are a war mongering bastard then I do hold you responsible. Just like I hold the war mongering brits responsible also so this isnt exactly an anti-american thing before we go down that old road again.

So on then indulgy this 'immature' girl, what did you mean?
Ahhhh, drop it. I suggest you go and take care of the "turdface" movement or whatever it's called, rather than wasting your time with me.
