Heres why you can not know.

1. Some people like Claire and I live in the same place/ use the same connection. Thus we will have the same ips.

2. If your going to make a new account, just use another computer and no one would realise.

The only way is if you somehow know the locations of the IP addresses and compare it to the locations that the user says.

But thats complicated :D

Several times in this thread... We have discussed supporters behaviour...

Most times some of you have stated how this kind of behaviour would not happen in america... And these supporters have been well and truely slagged off...

So i ask... How is at flares etc are so bad yet you americans seem to find it ok to hurl full beer cans at racing cars doing 180+ mph...

A meer beer can that would result in almost certain death if connected is ok... but people that fire flares are hooligans... interesting!!

On a side note : Why is that people are continually allowed to use dual accounts??
I am here to put in a disclaimer......

I do not include drunken rednecks who are Nascar fans as being the Americans I describe at sporting events

Only idiots would hurl beer cans at racing cars...

They may even pull the shotgun out of the back of their pickup truck to take out the car, if the beer can doesnt work

@Paul, regarding the F1 race at Indy, it seems that less than 40% in attendance were American and the most disgruntled and violent were the fans that paid hefty sums to fly into America for the race. Are you certain that Americans and only Americans were throwing debris on the track?

@Europeans, you do realize that millions of Americans are fighting the Bush government every day, don't you. Roughly half of our population is against the war in Iraq, against the treatment of prisoners detained at Guantanamo Bay, against the suspension of our constitutional rights in the name of anti-terrorism, and very much aware of the attrocities this government is committing. So, please stop your bullshit about "you ignorant this" and "you murdering that" because it is not only a gross over-generalization, it is also incorrect. But, if you want to hold 270 Million people responsible for a government elected by about 100 Million then I can't stop you.
