The only time it gets technical is if the site goes down or if the site needs to move hosts or something. Then you would just need to get someone to do it and frankly, they won't

I dont speak to alot of people here but i know of 3 members he hasnt mentioned who work in web design or publishing.

Plus another 2 with experience of running bigger forums than this

Anyone could do that. But like I said problems arise when you need to move the site (actually that's easy) and forum (major pain the anal area) to a new host or something. Might never need to but if you don't know how you've just lost 5 years worth of data.

Yeah members that haven't put themselves in the running or even considered it. Obviously I'm talking about those who shown interest not inactive admins of other forums who post on occasion.
