A 'Liverpool Urchin' or 'street urchin' was name given to neglected barefooted children who wandered the city in need of food and shelter in the late 19th Century.

They most likely are not connected.

Well, from what I gather, with the article and this respective poster's posting, all he does is cause trouble. Have you ever seen any posts by "The Urchins?" Sometimes it seems that he cares little about the game, only to look into the stands for all he cares about. Since February all we have heard was nonsense from the guy. Thankfully he's not around this forum anymore.
