This draft system Sergio, are the players any useful, or are they all young "prospects"?

Weird system that. Seems like a lotta hassle for little value to me.

It'd actually be pretty damn sweet if we found a connection between the forum members. I guess we're all aquaintances anyway, but we're probably talking about people we've met face to face, right? Sergio and Vicky don't count.
I've met Martin.

Well Nick, I cant say I know too much about Nuns Island (Ile des Soeurs). Its a small island located to the south of the island of Montreal. It's only a couple minutes drive from from downtown area so thats good. As for activities overthere..I cant really help you(but hey only a couple minutes from d-town). Umm...big difference between there and downtown, youll probably get more property for what your paying.. it's very green there I know for a fact :D. What else....you'll probably pick-up French pretty fast if youll go there(not quite sure about the size of English population there-could actualy be quite bilingual). I know their are tennis clubs and at least one golf course there

did a little search quickly... maybe this site can help you out

Allright, here's has what's happened since I last left you.

At #4, the New York Giants selected Phillip Rivers, Quarterback North carolina State.

#5, The Washington redskins drafted who I thought, hands down, is the best player in this draft, Sean taylor Safety, University of miami.

THEN....................................................

the giants traded Philip Rivers, a 3rd round pick this year, a 1st round pick next year, and a 5th round pick next year, to San Diego for Eli Manning.

The giants go hosed, big time.

At #6, the Detroit Lions selected Kellen winslow II, Tight End, from the university of Miami.

Torkel, the NFL Draft is GREAT!!!! They play right away, as there's no developmental league in the NFL. I love it, its like christmas for men. :D:D

Sergio - Who told you that Phillip Rivers would be a San Diego Charger???

Nick - The Havana Club is required to be a membership club because it serves no food, only drink. To become a member, one only needs to request a membership card. The fee is not expected or requested.

and . . . I think I know the guy that did the plastic surgery for Savatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano. Gravano is now hiding in Rome making his living picking pockets. Gravano has befriended a young American espresso addict, who is an active member of the Juventuz forum.

the Pittsburgh Steelers are next on the clock.

I just thought of something pretty damn cool:

I'm sure everyone heard of Six degrees of separation. If not, briefly Six degrees of separation is the theory that anyone on the planet can be connected to any other person on the planet through a chain of acquaintances that has no more than five intermediaries. The theory was first proposed in 1929 by the Hungarian writer Frigyes Karinthy in a short story called "Chains."
It was actually tested shortly after and I remember reading about another experiment published by a Prof. at Columbia University.
According to this theory ALL of us are connected through 6 degrees of separation. Everyone from Fabiana (Venenzuela) to Vilhelmas (Lithuania) and Padovano (Raliegh) to Graham (Australia).

How do we test this out?
yeah, i've heard about that Nick.

Ok, let's see if it's true with us:
1. Me - My brother
2. My brother is friends with a Saudi Prince (who's uncle happens to be the King)
3. Saudi Prince - The King
4. King Fahd - Silvio Berlusconi .. they've met several times.

now can you relate to Silvio in two steps?
Also, maybe you could take away step 1 since i've met the kid a couple of times.

i dont know whether to laugh or bang my head on the wall!!

why do you assume it's a competition?!
do i sound like i'm trying to be a "wise guy" !!??

i'm merely trying to show that the theory often works.. :wallbang:

Lets see:

I met Silvio Berlusconi. At work.
Great ... in 5 (or 4) steps  :thumb:

Hmmm lets see. My turn I guess. A friend of mine is cafone..who knows another cafone who is an active member of the Juventuz forum and is an attorney. :D

Someone I met in Milan owns a restaurant where Kaka eats often. Fabi is in love with Kaka....
    there you go.

One more: A friend of mine owns a butcher shop in New York. He got an urgent call from a butcher in Rhode Island who ran out of sirloin, ribeye, etc and needed some shipped over pronto for his client who keeps emptying out his inventory. That client is Sergio. :D

    I was being sarcastic Majed.

Anyways, that is not really a indicative of whether it works. Because in some way we probably know someone who met someone who met someone famous.
The real test is matching the Average Joe Incubo to Joe Majed or something like that.

Unfortunately I don't know anyone in New Orleans. Wait I do KNOW a french guy who is a chef in some restaurant....thats a start ;)
