This thread has not really followed any logical reasoning in terms of theme or change of topic. Rather you can trace its history to WHO pissed me off that day or week or WHO I banged heads with so to speak:
In no particular order I basically had a "barking match" with Ian, Graham, Goat (Zlatan), Padovano, Fabiana (for like a few posts), Lillianna, Anna, Vilhelmas, Mac, Majed, Hydde, Josh, Zizou, Martin, Mikhail, Ali, Aca, alessandro10, AndreaBecchi, Gandalf, PersianMafia, Kaiser, Josh, Meow...some more I'm sure. Basically those arguements dictated what the topic was and Sergio, Paul or Vinman would dictate the next topic by posting something off the topic of the arguement.
To continue this tradition:

ACTUALLY a worthless piece of crap thread TO ME is something like "Have a Rant, a Moan, a Cry" but I digress. This thread started with insight about Juve which was BEYOND most supposed "die hard Juve fans" and made them open their eyes. Eventually one arguement started after another and developed into all out "barking matches". To cool the air an off topic was brought up.
More importantly, the views, insight and discussions on this thread from the Costacurta-Ferrara debate to the violence in soccer stadiums to cities to live to stories from inside war zones (L'Olimpico) to the different view from Mortgage UNDERWRITERS, Defense lawyers, burned out lawyers under 30, police officers, journalists, university students, etc. is a breath of fresh air the OTHER discussions about things like Buffon's butt cheeks AND imagining who would win in a match between "Nedved vs. Jesus and God".
There is a reason it is the most popular and its the same reason that dubbing it sad is unjustiable. Personally you can CALL it GAY or FUDGE PACKERS CLUB .. whatever...but its the wrong assesement. You are missing the whole point on WHY its so popular.
P.S. - TO CLEAR UP SOME FACTS:
Nick is not 29...he just told Padovano he was so that Pado would not feel like an old balding man.
- Nick lives in Rome but was born and raised in New York (Westchester).
Nick does not usually speak in the third person. He has a big ego..but not that big.
