If you're single, move to Montreal. Boston's not the greatest place to live, and the cost of living is nearly as high as NYC.

PS- 9 minutes left in the 3rd, and Montreal is winning 3-2.
I got up again at this UnGodly hour to check the score...and read
"Kovalev scored two first-period goals, both assisted by goalie Jose Theodore, and Montreal beat the Boston Bruins 3-2 Sunday night." :cheesy: :thumb:
    Finally.

Speaking of the Habs..Montreal? They speak German or something up there don't they :D ;)

No but seriously besides your week-end drives in College with the PHI PHI KAKA frat psycho's (!) why would you choose Montreal ... and what about Seattle??

Vancouver, Seattle , Geneva (Paul?) or Montreal?? Comments..?
    Vancouver: Lots of rain...very asian

Montreal: This is the most European city in Canada. There's alot of French culture that comes into the mix. Good nightlife, hot tourists, nice weather in the summer, very cold winters. Very big amount of Italians living in the city, we have a very nice little Italy where you cannot escape football fans(why would you want to). Out of the citys you choose I would choose Montreal(althought I admiditly dont know very much about Geneva..). Oh, cannot forget, women will be all over you if you have an Italian accent. Tell them your from Rome.

Im thinking Seattle or NYC. I think Im gonna go with the second because I know NY way more than Seattle, but thats a negative thing too because I wanna meet new places. Another posibility is Boston, but Im not too crazy about that one.

Why would you wanna leave where you are anyways

PS: Hope everythings cool between us now
I studied in Boston for a year. It's a very European city too, kind of a smaller-sized London. Probably the only American city with more than 250 years of history. Excellent for practicing your English, as ppl have a clear accent. A very young city too, with plenty of top unis (MIT, Harvard, BU..). The nightlife is a bit disappointing, as everything is closed at 2 AM. If you are from Venezuela though, you better get used to the 6 months of snow a year (my mexican roomate never recovered from it). NYC is just a 3 hours drive from there, which means you can visit it often without having to cope with the chaos of everyday's life in the Big Apple.

Montréal I only visited and it looked nice. I've been quite a few times to Geneva also : it's very cosmopolitan due to the presence of many international organisations. Very clean and healthy too, thanks to the lake and the surrounding Alps. Not sure about living there though : the Swiss are not the most open people I know.

If everythings closed at 2AM then Im not going there. I kinda dont want Boston because of the cold winter and the snow. Im used to be hot all year long. It shouldnt be too bad though because there are lots of students there, but as you said some of the best Universities are there so maybe there are too much intellectual people, like geeks? haha

Fab, if your thinking "big asses", then yes, he means "big asses".
I thought it was big everything, heh

How come he doesnt like a big ass? I thought most men went crazy over big butts, like that song "I like big butts and I cannot lie, you other brothers cant deny..."

As opposed to living in a city with poor Universities with dumb-asses!?? :D Come on...the more the merrier.
There seems to be constant openings (career wise) in Geneva given the number of NGO's and other reasons which make me wonder.
My toss up is Montreal-Vancouver OR stay here. We shall see.

Kiko: Typically what is the housing/rent situation in Montreal? Boom ..decline? Affordable?
Also what are some popular living areas so I can get an idea of rent.

Kaiser..where did you study in Boston??

Fabiana: big butts is one thing.."junk in the trunk" is another ! :cheesy:

NO, I don't think most men like big, fat butts. That song merely implies that black men prefer large butts - something that is culturally different from the white men.

Yes, I got it now, theres a difference between a big butt, and a big fat butt full of grease and cellulite (sp?)

Although lately, and just not here, Ive seen white men go for women with a bigger ass rather than a petite figure

oh, the horror. Thankfully I don't have to go back to the Fleetcenter until the Prince concert in August. I WILL get my ass on stage, I pormise you this. :)

What the hell happened here. I remember Sergio, a 6'3" 225 lb. beer drinking bruiser who loved hockey and worshipped the subtle style of Paolo Montero. So, when did Serge turn into a little girl?

Actually "study" is a big word, as I was more busy using my fake ID to enter clubs and pubs (I was not even 18) and opening the doors of perception by smoking that wicked Bostonian chronic than anything else. Officially I was at EF though, a preparatory school linked to Boston College, and I attended some classes at Harvard as a free student just for form's sake.
