You should keep him as a mod. Despite what 99% of what people think, he'd do a good job as mod because he takes on responsibility. I did that last night without fucking people over, and if I can do that considering the situation, he can do it and do it better.
Btw some drug dealer was cought yesterday here.He tryed to escape from cops in black BMW while he was throwing drugs out of his window. And I kinda know that guy.Now,next time I'll probably see him in like 5 years or so.
