I'm not really sure what you mean. If Toni's 10 UEFA Cup goals should count, then all the goals that Muller scored in the Champions League should count as well. And if that's the case, then Gerd Muller had about 60 goals in that season and Toni still only has 35 currently.

Either way, it's completely foolish to even begin talking about Muller's record at this point. Now, perhaps if Toni were to score five goals in each of the rest of his matches this season, perhaps he'll come close.
