Yes, but 5 million dollars richer :eyebrows:

I will miss Joe, but anyone they bring in will do absolutely nothing without some new (and better) pitching

Anyone notice that Tom Osborne is the new A.D. at Nebraska ??

Maybe next season he or Turner Gill will be new coach, and we could finally see a return to the option:weee:, and the return of the blackshirts...because I am sick of seeing the pink-shirts this season :(
Too bad he mad $7 million this season without incentives. Too give a guy, who has made the playoffs every year he's been in NY and won 4 World Series, a $2 million dollar paycut and single year contract is just dumb. The Yankees decided that instead of firing Torre and looking like assholes, they would give him an offer they knew he would refuse.

As for Nebraska, don't expect miracles. With the speed of defenses these days the option isn't quite what it used to be as far as effectiveness. Nebraska would be smart to find a coach who intergrate parts of it back into the offensive package but still be a threat with the forward pass. It's much more pressing that Osborne find a "no bull" defensive coordinator to reinvigerate your beloved black shirts.

Pado, that's what I do. Read your posts and see what else is happening around you. You could say I let you do the ground work and I just come in from behind. We're into that.

The way Pado tells it, he just holds still and you rear up and do all the work. Now who's telling the truth here? :(

Unless Pado has been holding out on the details of your strap-on arrangement...

I prefer to think of myself as the parasitic maggot. Though anyone who doesn't like shit obviously has never had good shit.

Like Ahmedios during a performance of Tchaikovsky's Festival Overture "The Year 1812" in E flat major, Op. 49. If you've never experienced him going off sixteen times in a single performance, you have never truly experienced the Battle of Borodino.
