We hope you'll reconsider Sergio.

I very much concur Sergio. I hate to say it, and I should never ask for the worst for my club, but if we do lose the Scudetto this year it would be for the better. Something has to be done to show Moggi that we cannot keep scrapping by with an average Juventus sqaud, looking for the best possible deals instead of fixing sure problems. You exactly right when you call for Juventus losing the Scudetto because we would have a greater chance of bringing in new blood that will have a greater effect for the future of Juventus. Winning the Scudetto as you said this season will only make Moggi feel more secure with his transfer policies, and like I have been saying we cannot keep getting by with the bare minimum.

A new period of dominance is rising in Europe with Chelsea being the favorite in the CL for years to come, and sides without many dynamic players will have a tough time competing. Winning the CL is not a fluke and it usually takes a few years to build a team capable of winning it. This "new Juventus" has many old guard in the team and Capello barely has a grasp of what he's working with. Unless we make some changes this side will continue to get older and we will just be prolonging the redevelopment period all clubs need to take. I say the sooner we start the better. Instead of looking for quick-fix players we should find players that will be able to serve us for more than just a couple years, building a team that Capello will be able to work magic with a couple years down the road. To compete with the likes of Chelsea in the CL over the course of perhaps the next decade, we need to build a younger team that will serve us proud for years to come.

We have a great core of young players already: Chiellini, Masiello, Blasi, and Ibrahimovic- all we need to do is fill in the blanks and in a couple years we'll have a very solid team. But if Moggi continues to find the freebies like Kovac, Vogel, and Van Bommel, we will not come close to winning the CL because team unity, consistantcy, and depth will not be part of our characteristics. If we fail to win the CL next year we will have to start from scratch with Thuram, Cannavaro, Emerson, Nedved, and Trezeguet all probably standing on their last legs. Then we will be back to the drawing board.

As my dad always says, PAY NOW or PAY LATER.

Andy, I don't mind the freebies such as Kovac or Van Bommel. they are solid role players. They're not world beaters, but then again if they were, then they wouldn't be free. What I don't like, and I feel that this especially cost Juve last year, is the loaning out of players and not doing anything to replace that depth. Moggi seems to do that a lot. Now, next year SHOULD be better, assuming that the keep everyone intact, with the additions of Mutu, and hopefully Chiellini ,Gasberroni, and possibly Masiello to whatever free transfers may come in. I hear Edu is available on a free transfer. He would be a nice pickup as well.

We all know that Juve simply just can't throw money around all over the place such as a ManU or Chelsea, they just need to do a better job of nurturing their young players, and quite honestly, a better job of scouting as well.

What was Milan's last big money purchase?? Actually, its been quite a while since they've spent a lot of money on one single player transfer. Its all about the scouting.

What's with the press silence that Juventus have announced? What is the background behind this decision, I do not believe that Zlatan's and Cannavaro's incidents last week are the only that triggered this announcement.

The problem I have with these free transfers is that most of them are not the type of quality that will take us to the next level. Players like Van Bommel and Edu are decent players but they are hardly the sort of quality to be replacements for dynamic players such as Nedved. If we want to get some real quality we will have to pay, just like when we sold Zidane for Nedved, Thuram, etc. If we want to rebuild the side we cannot just rely on free transfers to get the job done.

I concur with you that Milan is very smart in their scouting. They were able to get one of the current best midfielders in the world, namely Pirlo, for only Andres Guly. They were also able to obtain Clarence Seedorf for either Francesco Coco or Dario Simic. Talk about smart moves, absolute retarded ones by their city rivals. But Juventus needs to do a better job in South America IMO, not only looking to the streets of Danubio to find talent. We MUST go to Brazil and Argentina to find quality youngsters like Milan. But for some reason Moggi doesn't feel up to it.

If you faked those I really can't figure out how you did it.

I can see how you could change everything, but get the font exactly like that? In photoshop its impossible to have the font identical to this, it's always a little off.

Nicely done :D

Or are they just old messages?

Check out the date. You forgot already?
Yes...sorry to burst your bubble but despite popular belief there are OTHER things to occupy my life besides an internet forum.
Who was I talking about ? Mac? I don't remember...besides, taken out of context it could be seen as idiotic but I could well have been replying to someone you said..

If everyone was to re-hash my old PM's you could probably find some odd stuff...

just don't vanish if we win the match.
I never have....wait, Juve have not beaten Milan since 2002....so I have not been here long enough to see Juve beat Milan in Serie A

    (Last season anyone: 3-1)
