    *cue the Lone Ranger theme*

In rides the 4th horseman, back after an extended hiatus.

The circle (Pado,Nick,Vin, Myself) is complete again.

So, did I miss much? :D

Pado, you cheap fvcker, call me once in a while, or set up a 1-800 number. I can't keep having the company pay for my long distance phone calls.:D. Eventually they are going to catch on that we don't have any brokers in North Carolina.

Nick, umm, thanks for repsonding to my e-mails. (Oh, that's right, you didn't.)

We are no longer able to visit non-work related sites at work anymore, due to some stupid knuckleheads feeling that they have the right to download wheel of fortune and jeopardy on their work computers.

And, I've had too much personal stuff going on lately, but I've returned for a little while, for better or for worse(that's for everyone else to decide)
Welcome Back SERGIO ..you steak and bacon eatin son-of-a-gun. I never check that account because of the hassle from the women of Juventuz.com who flood me e-mail account :cheesy:

    Chicken and Salad, my man.

    Chicken and Salad.

And 40 pounds later, I am now at 6'4", 212 pounds. Congrats on the incredible year that Milan is having, by the way. Class team. I hope they win the Cl again this year, and do Serie A proud.

    Again.

God knows, some teams in the league just can't handle it.

Class team but the fans make me sick...not kidding. Now I remember why I post here rather than Milan section of Xtratime or Milan forums.

I'll cafone you, you SOB :D

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and Sergio has returned!! The world makes sense again. Are we all gearing up for a great Derby d'Italia? I predict a 2-2, but it probably will not outshine the Udinese - Brescia match we saw at the Italian-American club this morning. A 7-goal thriller. Now let's go eat some steak and bacon with Serge.

And Sergio, I'll start calling you regularly after Easter. One more trial this week and I can begin to breathe again. Welcome back.

Speaking of food....I can't really complain in my year and then some in Rome BUT I have to admit there are some things I can't get in any Trattoria such as Krispy Kreme, All American Breakfast and hot dogs at Yankee Stadium. Then again maybe its better that way otherwise I'll have be eating Steak and Bacon for a while!

Yeah but Vin your cut and ripped like an S-O-B....you could have MANY krispy kreme's..even though Cops are supposed to eat Donuts. :cheesy:

Pado as for you..ok your an exception but most D. lawyers I knew were addicted to Starbucks "double latte slim milk..yada yada yada" stuff".
Sergio: your a mortgage broker if I'm not mistaken right...most mortgage brokers I knew were bald...why is that? Again your an exception as you have your hair.
P.S. Are mortgage brokers as boring as accountants?? :D

    MORTGAGE BROKER??????

    WWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Sorry to get all Vinman on you there, but i am NOT a mortgage broker. I am an FHA Mortgage Underwriter. there's only about 3,000 of us in the country.

    Big Difference.

Scratch that, Big is not an appropriate adjective.

How about this, the chasm between the two is big enough to fit 5 Grand Canyons.

I've been eating according to my bloodtype (type o), and thats about the only way for me to stay in shape year round (along with exercise)

Ok OK so there is a difference....BUT its not as bad as calling Vinman a security Rent-a-cop or Padovano a corrupt cafone..is it?! ;)

I looked up underwriter because it was one of those things like an Actuary that I have no damn clue what they do. This is the job description I found:

    Responsibilities:
.Underwrites FNMA and RD loans originated by production and approved correspondent lenders for compliance with investor guidelines. Advises appropriate personnel of credit decisions.

.Underwrites FHA and VA loans originated by production and approved by correspondent lenders for compliance with investor guidelines. Advise appropriate personnel of underwriting decision.

.Performs a preliminary review of FHA and VA appraisals and recommends final value and repair conditions to DE Underwriter prior to issuance of Conditional Commitment or Notice of Value. Works to achieve their FHA Direct Endorsement certification and VALAPP authority.

.Interacts with company personnel and correspondent lenders regarding interpretation of company and investor guidelines.

.Underwrites special product loans originated by production and approved correspondents for compliance with investor guidelines. Advise appropriate personnel of underwriting decision.

.Assists associate underwriters with difficult loan decisions and acts as backup for automated underwriters as volume dictates.

    .Performs other duties as assigned.

Must have excellent oral :)cheesy::extatic::excited::flirt: :yuck: ) and written communication skills, and decision-making ability. College degree preferred.

    OK ....
Basically to me all I heard is :blah: I got a headache and urge for an espresso shot after the first line. Sergio..WTF do you do?!!

    You forgot:

Ability to qualify borrowers using W2, self-employed, disability, workman's compensation, part-time, seasonal, child support/alimony income, being able to make decisions based on credit reports, bankruptcies, forclosures, being able to read and clear property titles, having an understanding of estates and reading wills to determine ownership of said properties, making sure that all douments are in compliance with FHA, Fannie Mae, and investor guidelines, constantly learning new guidelines that FHA seems to love to put out revisions for every other week, reading property surveys, blueprints and new construction contracts for newly built homes, understanding and being updated on State and individual city guidelines in regards to Predatory lending laws. There's more, trust me.

oh, its just a bucket full of fun being an underwiter :D:D:D

    thank God it pays well.
